Terms of Service

In the act of placing an order, you hereby agree to the following terms of service.

1. I accept cash, money orders and PayPal transfers. No credit/debit cards or checks. Payments are to be made in US Dollars only. In some circumstances, I may accept a credit/debit card transaction through PayPal for an extra fee of $1 (or more) due to high transaction rates. Please send cash payments to:

2. Valid information must be provided including an email address. I reserve the right to decline your order All orders are accepted in the case that the information is valid and that the ordering site has no association to pornography, racism, tobacco products, or any other adult content. I have the right to decline any order. Please make sure to verify your email address so I can keep in contact with you.

3. If your order is accepted, you will receive confirmation by email with your order's details and amount to be paid.

4. Payment options are as follows:

You will have one full week (7 days) to complete your payment. If your payment is not completed by the specified date, an additional charge of 10% will be added to your amount for the first day of late payment. For every additional day that you are late, an extra 5% will be added. (i.e. Your amount is $3.00 and you are late 2 days... $3.00 x $0.10 for the first late day = $0.30... $3.00 x $0.05 for the additional day = $0.15... Your end total would be $3.45.)

5. All images that are provided for use in the service must have been obtained legally. Permission to use copyrighted material is the client's responsibility. I hold no responsibility whatsoever.

6. Please do not remove the credit I add to your site linking back to Candi Coded. It is only a small, simple text link.

7. If any errors/mistakes are found in your design and/or coding at any time of its use, I will fix it immediately, only if it is my fault though. I cannot recover lost codings and I do not have time to be fixing your mistakes.

8. In order to have your coding installed, you must provide your login information to your site manager/FTP. It is not required to provide your login information, but in order to make your site looks it's best to the fullest, it would be much easier and faster for me to set the coding up myself and just have you edit your text later. Read the privacy policy below.

9. All sales are final. No refunds are to be made.

Privacy Policy

Any private information (i.e. FTP login, CuteNews login, etc.) obtained in the process of your order will strictly be kept confidential and in safe keepings. All information will then be discarded once your order is complete. No information will be sold or given out for any reason.
