That’s French for oh well. That’s life. I had a pretty good first day of school. Not to shabby. All my classes are pretty easy except for one and I’m working on the school paper, so that will be fun. And I”m taking Photography. Were working in a darkroom and everything. i didn’t even know my school had a darkroom!!

Well, summer is almost officially over. Tomorrow is the start of a new school year with new classes, new teachers, new everything. I’m not really sure if I’m excited or dreading it. I’m very anxious either way.
In other news, I’m thinking of taking the down the advice column. What do you guys think?

So I went to the zoo with my aunt and cousin today right? Well, I usually hate the reptile and night exhibits. But in the Night exhibit, we were checking out the Grey Headed Fruit Bats and one was hanging out right by the glass, and he was about six inches from my face. It was so awesome. So of course, I went to the store and got a stuffed bat, to commemorate the occasion.
Then we saw the flamingos, and I found the coolest sign. It’s bright pink, with white wording saying Flamingo Road. I’m redoing my bathroom to be white, pale blue and bright pink and that sign would fit in sooo great. So I think I’m gonna go and get it once we start remodeling my bathroom.
were also remodeling my bedroom, cause I’m moving downstairs, so basically, I’ll have the whole basement for myself. I’m so excited!!!

I am so not looking forward to school. We start on the 3rd, so that means I basically only have a week to finish my summer homework. I have two chapters of history left and a have another English book to read. Good thing I’m a fast reader. Anywho….
Well, nothing much else is new. My cousin and I were at the mall the other day and she hinted that she might get me a Coach something or other for Christmas. !!!!!!! How cool would that be? I’m really in the mood for Christmas. And Thanksgiving. Which are only 4 months and three months away, consecutively. I’m already planning presents for people. I just have to find the money to get them.
In school I’m going on this trip to a Shakespeare festival. I’m not really sure if I want to go or not. I signed up for it, but now I’m not so sure I want to go. It sounds really fun, but I would need spending money and there’s a snowballs chance in Hades that I’ll make a hundred bucks by the end of September. I quite my job, and I work for my riding instructor, but only once every two weeks and I only get like $20 bucks a job. OH well, I’m sure God will work it out.

My exchange student, Saori, from Japan just called. I miss her so much!!!! She spent three months over here, back in April to June. It was the worst day of my life when she left, but we still keep in touch through email and stuff, and today, she called us!!!! It was so cool to here her voice again and to talk to her. It was so hard to see her go home. But!! She is planning on going to a collage near where I live, so then we could see each other more often!!!
