General:Why have I not received a reply email?
There are two answers to this question. One answer is that I have not checked my email within the 48 hours from which you sent it. I try to check my email daily and provide my attention to emails with highest priority first. The second answer is that there may have been a technology delay in which your email got lost in cyberspace. In other words, it may be that I never received your email in the first place. In this case, please try again.

How do I pay?
I accept cash (US dollars), money orders, and PayPal only. No credit/debit card transactions or checks. Please send cash or money orders to:

On PayPal you must be verified. Login to PayPal and click 'Send Money'. On that page, fill out the form like the example below. NOTE: The amount will vary depending on what package you are getting plus add-ons. You will receive your total when you get your confirmation email.
How much are your services?
My services can vary from $3 - $150 or more, depending on what package you get plus any add-ons. View the services page for a complete price list.
When will my order be complete?
Do not rush this process because your website is important for your business. If you would like me to meet a deadline, please specify in the ordering form otherwise please be patient.
What if my order does not get received?
If you have filled out the ordering form and submitted it, you should receive a response back via email within 24 to 48 hours. If a week has passed and you still have not received a response, email me at admin@candi-coded.com. There could be a possibility that your form was not received or your email address was invalid.
Do I have to provide my login information when ordering?
No. You are not required to provide your login information, but it is recommended when it comes to installing the coding you ordered. You then will not have to do any work and it is simple and fast for me, depending if you already have content on your site.
What is the difference between non-commercial and commercial?
Commercial are businesses/organizations. Non-commercial are fansites, personal blogs, etc.
Services:
What is Data Backup?
Data backup is where I personally transfer your website's files onto a storage drive to help prevent your website from data loss and hackers. This is a one time service.
What are Additional Hours used for?
In each package I provide a minimum hour length (i.e. minimum 1 hour). That is the amount of time your package covers for me to work on your order and most likely complete it. If, however, your order exceeds the amount of given time, I begin to charge an additional hourly rate to your bill for time being put in. Sometimes I put more time and effort into an order than it is actually worth.
